hirty different comedians from around the country will descend on Sacramento this weekend for the Sacramento Stand-up Competition at the Sacramento Comedy Spot.
Directed and created by Brian Crall, the competition runs June 24 through 26 and audiences will have an opportunity to see more than $2000 in prizes handed out.
Today on Insight, Crall joins host Beth Ruyak in studio to talk about the impetus behind the competition. There have also been some big changes at Sacramento's Comedy Spot and we'll hear how The Sacramento Comedy Foundation came to be created.
