It’s been a bad week for the Oakland Police Department (OPD), which has been rocked by a sex scandal that’s led to the firing of three different police chiefs. The East Bay Express exposed the widespread scandal that included officers from multiple agencies within the OPD sleeping with a teenaged sex worker.
