As American Katie Ledecky made history at the 2016 Olympics in Rio, she also broke a record that Sacramento swimmer Debbie Meyer had held since 1968.
Meyer was 16 years old when she won individual gold medals in the 200, 400 and 800 meter freestyle events in the Summer Games in Mexico City.
No woman had matched that accomplishment – until now. Meyer joins Insight to talk about Ledecky's events and her own.
