Just in time for the start of Sacramento Cocktail Week comes a new cookbook dedicated to Sacramento cocktails and the mixologists behind them.

Written and photographed by Garrett McCord and Callista Polhemus, "Stewards of Spirits: A Collection of Sacramento Cocktails and the People Who Make Them" features interviews with local bartenders.

It also includes recipes for their best cocktails. On Insight, we’ll talk with McCord and Polhemus about the book and how it came to be. We’ll also taste a couple of cocktails made in our studios.
