Pete Magill is an author, coach and runner, but before all that, he was a victim of substance abuse.
After needing to go to ER at the age of 38, Magill strapped on his running shoes at 39 and rebuilt his life around running.
He is now 55 years old. He has written best-selling books and articles about running, and has inspired people to get up on their feet.
His latest book "The Born Again Runner" targets new and returning runners who struggle to maintain a consistent running schedule because of obstacles they face.
Magill joins Insight to talk about his reincarnation into the running world and his new book.
