The mayoral race in Stockton has gotten national attention as incumbent Anthony Silva faces serious criminal charges for his role in a strip-poker game with minors at a sleep-away camp.
The mayor’s charges were dropped by the judge from a felony to a misdemeanor just weeks before the November election.
