At least 36 people are dead and the toll could rise following a massive fire at a warehouse in Oakland over the weekend.

Firefighters are continuing to sift through rubble to identify any remaining bodies, but weather and the shaky establishment are a threat to their safety and have caused delays and halts in their searches.
