The University of California, Davis will be starting the new year with a brand new professorship in its brewing sciences program.

Sierra Nevada has donated $2 million for a new position at the school to teach students hands-on brewing.

Charles Bamforth, professor of Brewing and Malting Sciences, joins us to discuss the new position, a special course he is teaching and a new book he is working on.
