Just a week into office and Pres. Donald Trump is already working to fulfill his campaign promises.
On Wednesday, Press Secretary Sean Spicer announced executive actions, which would reduce federal funding for sanctuary cities and begin funding the construction of a wall between the U.S.-Mexico border.
