Sacramento, CA
A social art installation that provides a voice for sexual assault survivors is striking a chord with a many ArtStreet visitors.
Sarah Marie Hawkins' "Faceless No More" is part of the large warehouse exhibit organized by M5 Arts.
It provides a safe space for those who've suffered sexual abuse to share their stories anonymously.
The exhibit is partially interactive and includes a display of WEAVE (primary provider of crisis intervention services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Sacramento County) handouts for guests to take home.
