Since President Trump stepped into office, many questions have risen about the future of climate change policy in the nation.
EPA Commissioner Scott Pruitt has openly rejected the existence of climate change and promised the rollback of environmental legislation. Yet California lawmakers have promised a brazen fight to maintain tough climate change regulation in the state.
UC Davis Professors Benjamin Houlton and Richard Frank are part of a symposium at the university on Climate Change Law and Policy this Friday.
The symposium will be March 10 at 8:30 a.m. at the UC Davis School of Law in the Kalmanovitz Appellate Courtroom 1001.
