It was nearly 50 years ago that skiing greats such as Billy Kidd took the World Cup trophy home from Squaw Valley.

This weekend marks a new chapter in Squaw’s history as prominent women skiers greats like Olympians Mikaela Shiffrin and local resident Julia Mancuso fight for their chance to take home the gold.

Andy Wirth, CEO and President of Squaw Valley, joins us from the slopes as racers prepare to take off for the beginning of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup in Squaw Valley.
