Political Junkie Ken Rudin has plenty to talk about this week with the back-and-forth relationship between President Trump and California. Despite statements from both sides to resist each other, Trump gave a green light to emergency funding toward winter storm damage in California.

On a national scale, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee meets today to vote on Trump nominee for U.S. Supreme Court Neil Gorsuch. California Senator Dianne Feinstein is still undecided on the nominee's ability to lead without bias, but Senator Mitch McConnell is promising that Gorsuch will definitely be confirmed this week.
