About half a million people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are about to enter adulthood in the U.S. the interventions and services will be reduced significantly at this stage of their lives.
Dr. Marjorie Solomon, UC Davis professor of psychiatry, talks about the changes and challenges that come with this transition. Adults with ASD is the topic of a free lecture at the MIND Institute, 2825 50th St., Sacramento on April 19 at 5:30 p.m.
Solomon will be one of three speakers at the event.
