Fresh off winning seven Elly Awards for its production of “Les Miserables,” the Young Actors Stage in Sacramento takes on “West Side Story” as its next musical hit.

Starring Adan Hensley and Ana Riley-Portal as mix-matched, star-crossed lovers Tony and Maria, “West Side Story” opens Friday night at the 24th Street Theater.

We’ll meet the young actors tackling these iconic roles and we’ll hear them perform a song in out studio. Artistic Director Liorah Singerman and Musical Director Chigusa Saotome also join us in studio.
