A million Californians in over 300 communities across the state of California lack access to clean, potable drinking water.
The problem extends from the more affluent regions of Palo Alto and Napa to lower-income rural areas of the Central Valley, with varying toxins and infrastructure concerns compromising the water’s integrity.
