Del Paso Heights Nonprofit Seeks to Reverse Growing Fentanyl Crisis
As the number of fentanyl-related overdoses skyrockets in Sacramento County, staff and volunteers who perform outreach with the unhoused community are digging deeper to get to the root of the drug epidemic. CapRadio’s Health Care reporter, Kate Wolffe, joins us on Insight today to talk about some simple, yet powerful questions they are asking to shed light on what may have led to their drug use and get them the mental health help they need.
