Jeff Chiu / File / AP Pulitzer-prize winning poet and essayist – and former US Poet Laureate – Robert Hass will be reading his work Friday, June 19 as part of a benefit event for the Squaw Valley Community of Writers. Hass has been on the poetry staff of the organization for 30 years. We’ll talk with him about his work, what it’s like to participate in the Community of Writers week and whether writing can be taught.
