Navigating Open Enrollment Open enrollment has begun in California and Nevada into the new health-care exchanges established in conjunction with the federal government's Affordable Care Act. Today on Insight, health reporter Pauline Bartolone introduces us to a Davis woman with lupus who's been denied health insurance in the past due to her condition. She enrolled in Covered California Tuesday and Pauline was there when she did. We'll also talk with a Reno man who does have insurance, but is hoping Nevada's new health-insurance exchange will lower his costs. Plus, we'll hear how enrollment is going and whether there have been any glitches in the system.
